CHRISTIAN K HUGHES
Group Supervision
Why Group Supervision?
Clinical work can be rewarding but also sometimes isolating. These group supervision sessions offer a reflective, supportive space to:
-
Think functionally, not diagnostically
-
Make sense of stuck points using ACT, CBT and contextual behavioural approaches
-
Stay grounded in clinical work that can be emotionally demanding
-
Connect with, and learn from, others navigating similar territory
Who It's For?
These groups are ideal for:
-
Therapists, psychologists, and counsellors
-
Anyone who wants supervision that’s collaborative, practical, and psychologically flexible

About Me:
I'm a psychotherapist and supervisor with a background in range of models, including CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, (ACT), with significant experience as therapist and supervisor across the NHS, tertiary services, the military, and private sector. I have particular experience working with complexity, military veterans, trauma, moral injury and identity. I aim to create spaces that are clinically rich, psychologically flexible, and grounded in the realities of front-line therapeutic work.
