Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) are research proven to reduce distress, enhance resilience and harness action for genuine, lasting change.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety or mood problems, anger, grief or difficulties related to trauma I will work with you to learn new ways to respond to your thoughts and and feelings and help you to reconnect with the meaningful life that struggle takes you away from.  

As a former British Army & Senior NHS Clinician my career has been spent helping clients overcome complex problems and build genuine psychological resilience. Many of my clients have had to succeed in the most arduous and stressful environments in the world, where performance matters and consequences are very real indeed.  Working in complex care I routinely helped clients with profound difficulties, who have tried and been unsuccessful with therapy, reclaim meaningful lives.

Ready to get started?

All sessions are delivered securely & conveniently via Zoom (similar to Skype).  

Fees are straightforward and are payable securely via Paypal, in advance.

Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an invoice to your email address along with your confirmation email of your appointment (please check your SPAM folder if you haven’t received it).

Individual sessions: £150 per 60 minute session.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 48 hours (2 working days) in advance or else the session will be charged
